- 4.712% General Excise Tax is not included.

- Please include $20 for all wire transfer payments.
- Availability of programs subject to minimum enrollment.
- Express mail service available at additional cost.
- Students must be at least 17 for regular programs.
- Registration and Accommodation Placement fees are non-refundable except in the case of a visa denial (see Cancellation Policy for details).
- A fee will be charged for shortening or cancelling study after the student’s arrival at ICC.
- English Only Deposit is refunded upon departure in person only, minus any $5 deductions for violations.
- There are no refunds or make-up classes for classes missed due to holidays, graduation, “acts of god”, or any other events ICC has no control over.
