CPE: Certificate of Proficiency in English

CPE is Cambridge ESOL’s most advanced exam. It is aimed at people who use English for professional or study purposes.

BEC Vantage: Business English Certificate

BEC is a recognized English language certificate for people who are preparing for a career in business or are already in a job. There are three different levels of BEC: BEC Preliminary, BEC Vantage and BEC Higher.

ICC offers the second one in the series.  By taking the BEC Vantage, you can improve your knowledge of business English further.  The BEC Vantage is suitable for upper-intermediate level students.

ICC was the first site in Hawaii to be approved for the FCE and CAE exams. We have been successfully offering these exams since 1998.Applicants for both the intensive and the super-intensive courses must pass an entrance pre-test on arrival.  If their level is not adequate, they will be counseled regarding options.

The exams are given at ICC Hawaii at the end of the courses.
